Soups & Sauces is a core category within our savoury business. The Marketing Growth and Activation Manager drives design and deployment of taste, texture and health solutions to our customers in Europe.

You collaborate closely with our Chef Designers, Technical and Sales experts connecting insights to value and create delicious and nutritious food.

Your key responsibilities

• Design and Deploy Category Growth Plans

• Devise and Launch Regional Initiatives and its tools for the Soups & Sauce category

• Coach & train sales team to value position solutions

• Co-drive and Co-deliver solutions to customer briefs and act as Marketing lead for key accounts

• Collaborate within our global culinary network to continuously inspire great tasting food

• Partner with innovation lead on Taste and co-design value proposition across all savoury categories

  You bring

• Savoury Food Passion and Culinary Curiosity

• Bacherlor/ Master degree in Business or Marketing

• 10 years experience of Marketing in Savoury Food or Flavor/ Ingredients industry

• Savoury Market Acumen

• Team player and collaborator

• Strategic & analytical thinking translated into strong commercial drive

• Ability to engage fluidly in a matrix organization driving progress through influence
