Your responsibilities in this role
Directing various administrative duties
Carrying out interviews
Authoring and posting job opportunity advertisements
Incorporating digital recruiting resources
Sourcing and screening candidates through various sources and platforms
Shaping internal recommendations
Sustaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations Requirements - Computer Skills experience desired
Hands-on experience with Process Improvement
Expertise in Microsoft Excel
General familiarity with About Time
Experience with Verification
Onsite experience required
Medical Coverage experience highly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of supervising
Earlier work involving Paperwork
Good understanding of Staffing
Offer Letters experience highly desired
Adeptness in Human Resources (HR) Administration
Microsoft Word experience
Module experience preferred
Background working with Onboarding
Proficiency in coordination
Previous experience working with Stakeholders
Proficiency in payroll
Monitoring Tool experience highly valued
Practical knowledge of Workstation Support
Solid understanding of communication
Comprehension of time management
Quality experience highly desired
Prior experience with Component Selection
Foundational knowledge in SharePoint Administration
- You will be a strong candidate if you have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms
Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
- We need someone who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
Experience with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
