The purpose of the Supply Chain Sales and Operations Planning (SandOP) Lead is to develop and lead a formal SandOP process across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and Lead formal SandOP process for the Launchers Division Align Demand Plans with multiple customer facing teams and ensure demand is properly loaded in SAP Line up customer requirements and production plans with business team to align financial goals/expectations Ensure Operations and Procurement teams are aligned with customer/business needs as well with each other Develop and ensure completion of capacity planning process as well as integration into production planning Understand and clearly communicate risks to production/business plans and help execute mitigation plans Measure, control, and improve SandOP plan accuracy through clearly defined metrics

Job Requirements: BS or higher in Engineering or Computer Science strongly preferred.

3-5 years of experience leading an SandOP Process Ability to collaborate cross functionally is an absolute must Comfort leading up, down, and across the organization SAP experience is strongly preferred Must be able to collaborate productively across the organization including senior leadership, engineering, production, procurement, as well as supply chain Must have the ability to think outside the box and identify/implement solutions to drive results while maintaining regulatory and quality compliance. Occasional travel may be required
