We are now looking for a Technical Coordinator for one of our customers where we offer varied work with great responsibility and committed colleagues. Based onsite in our Stockholm office, you will coordinate with subcontractors to provide the best possible service within the customer's premises located in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway and Lithuania.

Main tasks:

• Contribute technology-specific knowledge to the team

• Responsible for booking maintenance on various building systems via our suppliers, for example kitchen ventilation, server rooms, sweeping of ducts, etc.

• Coordinate with Mobile Tech Team and vendors to resolve bug reports received from the customer

• Project management in various different areas, for example installation of cooling, charging stations for electric cars, troubleshooting of ventilation, etc.

• Ensure that the work complies with current legislation, in environmental, safety and quality-related matters based on both our internal guidelines and what the contract stipulates

• Ensure the Integrated Environmental Health and Safety Management Systems are adhered to at all times.

• Relationships are key to our success and you work hard to maintain constructive and positive professional relationships with clients, colleagues, landlords and supply partners

• Support the Stockholm Lead Facilities Coordinator when required and act as their representative during periods of absence.

We are looking for you who are/have:

• Good knowledge of property technical systems such as ventilation, plumbing, cooling, fire, sprinklers, electricity, controls and regulations and other technical equipment found in properties.

• You are driven and have the ability to take overall responsibility

• Experience of project management within real estate and installation

• Ability to create long-term & trust-based relationships

• Results-driven with the ability for self-leadership.

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish both in writing and orally, as our communication takes place in English.

• Taking responsibility, has good organizational skills, takes own initiative and is good at completing tasks

• Good at prioritizing and working solution-oriented

• Has good computer knowledge and is used to working in several different computer systems
