Location: 61 Seletar Aerospace View, Singapore 797560 (Island-wide company transport is provided) .

Responsibilities

  • Performs visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and outgoing aircraft component parts

  • Ensure parts are repaired according to the prescribed standards and procedures

  • Responsible for incoming/ initial, in-process and final inspection of repairable parts/ components channeled into the cell and through repair process to ensure conformance to related documents and required repairs

  • Have available and understand current specifications involving inspection tolerances, limitations, and procedures established by the manufacturer of the product being inspected and with other forms of information

  • Responsible for conducting inspection in accordance with Regulatory approved technical data

  • Perform NDT inspection

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level or Diploma in Mechanical / Manufacturing / Quality Management

  • Minimum 1 year working experience

  • Acceptable communication and interpersonal skill and ability to communicate with all levels

  • Good understanding of technical drawing

  • Familiar with the relevant air worthiness and regulatory agencies requirements

  • Thoroughly familiar with all inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment’s and tools used to determine the quality of airworthiness of a part

  • Proficient in the use of various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids

  • Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach
