Robert Half Human Resources (HR) Director in Seattle, Washington

Description We are offering an opportunity for a skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington in the Non-Profit space. We serve the homeless population local to the Seattle area. This role involves taking charge of all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including planning and implementing HR strategies that promote a high-performance culture, overseeing recruitment efforts, coordinating and directing the administrative functions of the company. This role offers a contract employment opportunity with potential for further detail oriented growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall business objectives • Oversee recruitment efforts to ensure the company attracts and hires the best talent • Coordinate and direct the administrative functions of the company • Manage employee relations, payroll, benefits, and training • Ensure legal compliance and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy • Collaborate with top management to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to staffing, recruiting, and retention • Administer or change benefits, health plans, retirement plans, wellness plans, and other similar company perks • Oversee the use of ADP- Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for efficient HR operations • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies • Efficiently handle employee relations and resolve any arising issues. Requirements • Proven experience working in a Human Resources (HR) managerial role

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now

• Knowledge of ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Demonstrated experience in Benefit Functions and Compensation Administration

• Strong understanding of Compliance regulations and procedures

• Excellent ability to handle Employee Relations

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

• Demonstrated ability to manage the recruitment and selection process

• Understanding of HR systems and databases

• Proficiency in designing compensation and benefits packages

• Ability to maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements

• Demonstrated experience in reporting to senior management and providing decision support through HR metrics

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to foster a healthy working environment.
