You are part of a team responsible for experimenting with cutting-edge technologies, delivering solutions by testing and learning and developing strong partnerships to enable growth through innovation and agile methodologies.
How you will contribute
You will conduct innovative pilot projects to drive disruptive ideas across the organization, using the learnings from these projects to inform decisions on whether to incorporate them as a portfolio project or to introduce them as a new proof of concept. Working with other Mondelēz teams, you will get to experiment with cutting-edge technologies to build a strong pipeline of ideas to pursue. In addition, you will get to bring the outside in by building relationships with start-ups and building your knowledge of actual proof-of-concept cases and lead end-to-end product management activities after the proof of concept has been successfully adopted.

Key responsibilities:
Lead the strategy for Mondelez Snacking Mexico's eB2B projects, Mom and Pops, Wholesalers and Food Service, analyzing and evaluating the end-to-end B2B digital customer journey, identifying pain points and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies/roadmaps to enhance the overall customer experience, focusing on ease of use, personalization, self-service, and efficiency.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timelines.
Identify, analyze, and interpret patterns and trends to generate insights and understanding of Mondelez conversational commerce project, users, merchants, channels, risk metrics, and more.
Lead the wholesaler's digital commerce transformation strategy.
Design and execute projects to drive insights that lead to company growth in accordance with objectives.
Work closely with Marketing, Digital Services, Sales and Operations to anticipate needs and quantify the impact of existing and future initiatives, projects, processes, products or features.
Lead the analytic features and custom reports to analyze, track and provide insights on channel objectives or other relevant KPIs across teams and/or company.
Develop frameworks, models, tools, and processes to ensure the projects can be incorporated into the BAU.
Effectively present and communicate analysis to the company to drive business decisions.
Leadership and Development:
Provide training and support to internal teams to ensure customer-centric mindset and adherence to best practices in digital customer experience.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging teams to provide feedback and proactively seek partnership.
Lead a team, prioritizing their work and ensuring flawlessly execution.
Effectively manage and develop teams to take on increasing levels of ownership and responsibilities.
What you'll bring to the table:
Passion for the customer

Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and analytical thinking skillset
Strong bias towards data-driven decision-making with the ability to break down complex problems and formulate plans
Understanding of the customer funnel and key levers that drive ecommerce results
Experience building collaborative partnerships and fostering teamwork
Ability to manage many projects, prioritize and drive multiple threads of work to completion
Proactive communications; comfortable with assessing the need for immediate action
What’s needed - Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of progressive digital experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
English – Advance
Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills. Extra: Power BI.
Experienced leading a team
Conversational commerce strategy experience
