We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Punch Out Technician to work in multiple communities throughout Sussex County, DE. This Team Member (TM) will partner with our construction and warranty teams to deliver a seamless experience for our customers.

The ideal candidate should have the below qualifications:

• One year experience in completing punch out duties with new construction homes.
• Experience with cabinet touch ups, nail pops, dry wall repair etc.
• Knowledge of plumbing and electrical work for small fixes.
