This position will be responsible for the delivery of all HR functions within the hospital. This position will provide leadership, direction, coordination and administration to the HR staff and be responsible for guiding and implementing HR strategies which align with the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization.

To be a qualified candidate for this position, you will need the following:

Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration required; Masters degree preferred.

At least three (3) years of progressively responsible HR-relevant experience.

Prior management and healthcare experience preferred.

Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations, payroll, compensation and benefits management.
