As Manager, Total Rewards, you will:

  • Align local organization's total rewards programs and strategies to Copeland’s global total rewards philosophy.

  • Lead the planning, design, execution, and communication of all company compensation programs, rewards, recognition, and incentive programs, including policy and procedure design, any new policies or policy changes, and administration.

  • Oversee the review, communication, and implementation of annual benefit programs, annual total compensation reviews, and the annual performance review reward processes.

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements related to compensation and benefits.

  • Lead the resolution of compensation and benefits policy issues and ensure seamless adoption and communication of any new policies or policy changes to partners and employees.

  • Lead benefits strategy and design, including administration, implementation, and communication of total rewards, retirement plans, compliance, governance, benefits accounting, and vendor management.

  • Participate in market and benchmarking studies to identify compensation trends in the local marketplace and wider industry to ensure a competitive position.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

  • Solid background and exposure to compensation and benefits strategies and management, government regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience in salary survey methodologies and flexible benefit methodologies.

  • Experience leading a team of total rewards professionals.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Experience with data extraction and analysis and can recommend and report insights.
