In this role, you will impact the development and implementation of advanced systems, where you will have ownership for systems at every aspect of the system’s life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life. You will work across disciplines to drive growth and reach critical business milestones by design, develop, and integrating highly complex systems within Honeywell Aerospace. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
Support the design and development of advanced systems, including hardware, software, and network components
Provide successful execution of complex engineering projects
Implement and enforce security measures and compliance standards to safeguard systems and data
Lead the deployment and configuration of systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, tested rigorously, and perform optimally
Provide technical leadership in identifying and resolving system issues, minimizing downtime, and ensuring systems remain operational
Identify opportunities for process and system improvements, implement enhancements, and contribute to the optimization of operations

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization
YOU MUST HAVE
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
10+ years of experience in systems engineering and project leadership
Comprehensive knowledge in systems integration, implementation, and troubleshooting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under minimal supervision
