Position Description:

Responsible for pre-screening applicants and for processing employment-related paperwork. Create and maintain employment files. Provide administrative and clerical support.

• Answer telephones and greet customers in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.

• Process employment-related paperwork, including data input into the company’s HR systems.

• Process onboarding paperwork including but not limited to drug screening.

• Review employment-related paperwork to ensure proper completion, obtain necessary supporting documents, and ensure full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations and Company policies.

• Maintain an accurate and complete filing system.

• Create, print and distribute reports as prescribed and/or requested.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

  Position Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Six (6) months of experience in a similar position preferred.

• Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.

• Must be flexible and able to work in a team oriented setting.

• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and in the operation of standard office equipment and software.

• Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
