You’ll partner with Marketing to understand the needs of key audiences and help inform marketing programs and communications to articulate the value of WhatsApp to consumers in a way that is relevant and compelling.

Required Skills:

Marketing Researcher - WhatsApp Responsibilities:

  1. Design and execute innovative and impactful quantitative and qualitative research, partnering with WhatsApp consumer marketing organization

  2. Develop actionable insights and high impact deliverables that will shape marketing and communications strategy, positioning and messaging, and inform the product roadmap

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of qualitative and quantitative primary research experience

  2. Experience independently executing full-cycle research

  3. Product marketing research experience

  4. Tech sector experience

  5. Experience with Microsoft Excel, survey tools (i.e. Qualtrics), and statistics software (i.e. SPSS)

Public Compensation:

$138,000/year to $188,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
