• Expert in understanding of supply chain and procurement functions and ability to deliver programs in the area independently or by leveraging the team

• Independently lead 2-4 supply chain advisory or category management programs and ensure contractual obligations are met

• Understand client’s supply chain and procurement related problems and develop solutions

• Leverage existing Jabil supply chain expertise to deliver strategic work

• Lead strategy development for organizations or categories

• Ability to break down complex problem statements and define focus areas and risk mitigation plans

• Prepare analytic dashboards using tools like PowerBI

• Drives continuous improvements initiatives for clients to ensure client-delight

• Identity opportunities to drive value add to clients & cross-selling opportunities for Jabil

• Expert in performing market research to identify trends, benchmarks & best practices in the supply chain industry and develop collateral that can be used by internal teams for training and marketing team for external client facing purposes

• Expert in development of project plans using MS-Projects or Excel. Use CPM to highlight risks

• Perform various analysis like SWOT, PESTLE, etc and six sigma methodologies during the program

• Build relationships with mid to senior-level client stakeholders

• Ensure the project team adheres to project timelines as agreed with the leadership

• Highlight risk and issues to manager in case of deviation from project plan

• Support solution design during the business development process

• Provide recommendations to internal leadership for enhancing service offerings in-line with market demands

• Ability to mentor team members and provide effective feedback for their development

• Create opportunities for team members to learn and practices new activities

• Lead a team of junior team members without bias

• Showcase excellent leadership skills

• Solve problems with logical decision making

• Understand & articulate business language

• Always display strong ethics

• Very well versed with Jabil’s capabilities as well as client’s business

• Master’s degree (Preferred)

• Specialization in Supply Chain (Preferred)

• 9-12 year(s) in Supply Chain and/or Procurement
