About the role

This role will be responsible for supporting the company's interests and establishing business relationships to enhance distribution channel management performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Sales Manager is a key member of the sales. Sales Manager job duties and responsibilities include:

• Setting sales, target for himself and channel

• Guiding and nurturing channel sales to increase sales

• Monitoring sales performance and addressing issues when necessary for channel sales

Role Purpose:

• Strong communication skills for interactions with customers, channel sales.

• Strategic planning for new accounts and market development

• Familiarity with effective sales strategies

• Inspirational attitude and ability to create a motivating environment and be self motivated.

Minimum Requirements:

• Having a bachelor’s degree in Engineering is must with added Masters degree will be a bonus

• Minimum experience 3-4 years in VRF, Pac, Cassette.
