Job Description

Cintas is seeking a skilled M365 Engineer with expertise in security and governance to join our M365 team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a desire to drive innovation in a fast-paced environment. As an M365 Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and compliance of our Microsoft 365 environment, as well as providing governance and oversight around the Power Platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security controls for Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams.

• Implement governance policies and controls around the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

• Participate in the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new Microsoft 365 features and services.

• Develop and maintain documentation of security and governance policies and procedures.

• Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 services including troubleshooting, performance optimization, and security management.

• Keep abreast of the latest Microsoft roadmap updates and evaluate new features and functionality for potential integration into the M365 environment.

• Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures related to M365 services.

Skills/Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree in IT related field, preferred

• Minimum 8 years of experience in Information Technology

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams

• In-depth understanding of Microsoft 365 security features and capabilities, including conditional access, threat protection

• Strong knowledge of governance policies and controls around the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate

Preferred

• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-100, MS-500, PL-900)
