This position is eligible to be full time remote within our Wisconsin/Upper Peninsula, Michigan Service Area only

JOB SUMMARY

The Project Controls Technician enters and maintains data in the Project Management Control System (PMCS) related to Design and Construction projects. The Project Controls Technician supports the Design and Construction Managers and Senior Managers. The technician produces monthly project reports and interfaces with Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Legal, IT, Architects, Contractors and others to ensure the data describing the status of projects is complete and accurate.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION

For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation.

Minimum Required: High School Diploma.

Preferred/Optional: Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or business administration is preferred.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum Required: Five years’ experience in an office environment. Familiarity with basic computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Preferred/Optional: Experience with Project Management Control Systems such as e-Builder, Prolog or other similar software

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position.

Minimum Required: Valid Wisconsin driver's license with an acceptable DMV record.
