Amentum HR Coordiantor (GmbH) in Mannheim, Germany

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Assists in the day-to-day HR operations in a variety of areas: Customer Service, Contract Administration,

HRIS, ESH and CM.

2) Prepares personnel change of status (PCOS) requests for transfers, promotions, termination, release,

contract completion, etc., always ensuring that proper approvals and reviews have occurred.

3) Handles customer inquiries and complaints, finding resolution at the lowest level.

4) Checks and verifies miscellaneous statements and reports against data from originating sources.

5) Accumulate and tabulate control statistics.

6) Interface with vendors for problem resolution.

7) Maintain various master files and listings including periodic transaction statistics.

8) Answer the phone, take, and relay messages.

9) Operate computer and peripheral equipment using standard software.

10) Organize, file, and maintain records in an up-to-date condition.

11) Assist in other accounting areas as may be required including Accounts Payable, Payroll, Job Cost,

Contract Billings or Data Processing.

12) Perform the work of Accounting Clerks as required.

13) Must be able to handle confidential company and employee information with complete discretion.

14) Must be able to work effectively with all levels of employees.

15) Maintain a daily timesheet and daily manning report and ensuring times are accurate.

16) Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested to meet company goals and

objectives.
