Travel to different facilities within 2 hours of Lancaster is required

Seeking a proficient Recruiter specializing in CDL drivers and warehouse recruitment for a W2 contract, to undertake a hybrid role. Proficiency in cultivating community relationships to enhance sourcing strategies is essential. You will use your strong communication, organizational and technology skills to drive all aspects of recruitment and provide exceptional customer service to our candidates and clients.

Requirements:

  • Industry: 3+ years of recruiting experience

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Education: Associate's or bachelor's degree
