Radiance Technologies is seeking a program integrator to support development and coordination of Science and Technology (SandT) Program Schedules to ensure requirements, funding, and partnerships are aligned to deliver and transition advanced capabilities. Radiance is looking for a self-starter with excellent stakeholder skills (Operational Users and Programmatic Offices) to align SandT functions across schedule, performance, funding, and risk. This position requires up to 15% travel (expect one week of travel each quarter), including some overseas travel. Candidate MUST be proficient in Microsoft Project and understand how to break down work efforts to task level.

(100% on-site, with potential to telework based on Command Policy and customer needs).

Principal Responsibilities

Assist with development of coherent and comprehensive SandT Program Schedules for a Major US Army Command.

Identify the critical path using MS Project for multiple SandT programs to identify resource constraints, dependencies on other feeder programs, and developmental test requirements.

Ensure the integration and coordination of programmatic, systems engineering, supportability, risk management, and technology transition pathways.

Collect and analyze data and information to assess cost, schedule, and technical performance metrics against specific goals.

Identify program inhibitors and determine source(s) of problems to develop and implement corrective actions.

Participate on working level Integrated Product Teams

Provide schedule and monitor expertise and advice to USG leadership.

Assist leadership and initiative leads with resource planning and tracking.

Required Skills

Bachelors Degree with a business or technical focus is required.

Current SECRET clearance

Intermediate proficiency with MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel is required to include demonstrated development of informative, resource-loaded schedules that clearly identify the critical path and help track SandT maturation/ progress.

Desired Experience

Four (4) years of demonstrated combined experience in DoD SandT program management, contract management, and/or financial management.
