We need to find a self-starter wanting to learn and to grow to work with our client. This position's important duties include a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, providing clerical support to the HR department, and full-cycle recruiting in support of a diverse group of positions.   • Conducting interviews

  • Drawing up and posting job opportunity advertisements

  • Executing various administrative duties

  • Making internal recommendations

  • Supplying and screening candidates through various sources and platforms Requirements - Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects

  • Knowledgeable when it comes to writing reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

  • Skilled with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

    • This position is best for someone with proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

    • Candidates who are highly professional, as well as able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity, will be preferred

  • 0+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

  • Applicant Track System experience

  • Applicant Track System experience

  • Well-founded grasp of Warm Calling

  • Human Resources (HR) Administration experience highly desired

  • Practical knowledge of Microsoft Excel

  • Quality experience with Microsoft Teams

  • Proven knowledge of Warm Calling

  • Wide ranging experience with Microsoft Outlook

  • Foundational knowledge in Screen Applicants

  • General familiarity with Microsoft Office Suites

  • Command of Applicant Screening
