We are seeking an Aerial Lineman/Foreman to join our team in our Fort Collins, CO office. In this role, you will install aerial and underground telecommunications cabling, including fiber optics, and complete the tasks of pole transfers and set and install new aerial cables.

The Role
Install aerial & underground telecommunications cabling, including fiber optics.
Safely operate hydraulic aerial lifts and ladders mounted to trucks.
Complete the tasks of pole transfers and set & install new aerial cables.
Ability to safely climb poles with climbing equipment.
Keep a detailed record of work activity.
Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines.
Strong knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements.
Ability to identify and mitigate hazards.
Ability to travel daily, open to a variety of schedules, participate in on-call evenings and weekends as needed, throughout all seasons.
Ability to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working in and troubleshooting aerial fiber optic installation and/or telecommunications construction required
Valid driver’s license
Passing of all pre-employment requirements (MVR, Background Check, Drug Screen)
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints and all aspects of cable design
Strong knowledge and understanding of OSHA safety requirements
Familiar with NESC (National Electrical Safety Commission) safety guidelines
Ability to safely climb poles with climbing equipment
Ability to travel daily, open to a variety of schedules, participate in on-call evenings and weekends as needed, throughout all seasons
The ability to work safely, independently or with other crews.
The ability to work at a min height of 40ft, from bucket or aerial lift device
Ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities
Ability to lift and/or pull 70 pounds several times each day.
Ability to complete tasks with small components and wires
Ability to complete work outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing, and working while standing up to 70% of the time
Ability to safely work and navigate various terrains, managing equipment, safety equipment and tools
