WHAT TO EXPECT As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward-thinking, open-minded, and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Englewood office, you will be driving the next phase of our company's growth. This role is involved in the development and implementation of product line strategic plans, including market and competitive analysis and identifying strategic initiatives that drive profitable growth. You will lay out product roadmaps and work with engineering to lay out technology roadmaps that support these product roadmaps. This role is crucial as you will identify, justify and select new product development projects and marketing programs to obtain desired growth in incoming orders and sales and achieve profitability targets. You'll support the formulation of all short-term and long-term objectives and business plans for their product line, including meeting orders, sales, market share, price realization, profitability, quality, delivery and vitality metrics. The PLM will partner with operations to ensure the manufacturability and delivery of product per growth projections.

Key responsibilities: Supports P&L for the product line, including strategic planning and tactical managing to achieve financial and operating metrics. Conducts voice of the customer interviews and feeds customer desires into internal organization through customer visits, industry association participation, and competitive research. Develop and review business cases for potential investments of company resource and promote according to rigorous prioritization process. Support and drive the New Product Development process for the product line to achieve desired results. Ensure that feature, quality, and cost objectives are reached and that schedules are kept. Prepares required market launch and commercialization materials. Document product specs, strategy, plans, training needs, act as overall project manager. Maintain current knowledge and expertise of product engineering technologies, new product designs, competitor capabilities and practices, market conditions, and market channels in order to develop short-term and long-term product design and necessary manufacturing strategies. Continually analyze and interpret customer questions, requirements, or problems. Support the preparation of effective quotations, bids, and related negotiation documentation for the sales of products produced by the company.

ABOUT YOU Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Business from an accredited institution required; Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a combination of marketing, outside field sales, application engineering and/or product engineering or business development Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and graphical representation of large data sets. Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills to deliver high quality executive-ready presentations Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, includin international travel Strong written and verbal communication skills Excited to work in the office with great teammates Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship

PAY & BENEFITS Full-Time Salary: $118,000 - $135,000 Bonus Eligible Relocation is not provided Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days.
