Here’s the Gist:

Wolfspeed is seeking a Contract Administrator to join the Facilities Business Operations team at our Durham site. In this position you will serve as the Facilities delegate to manage vendor contracts, oversee building/property management and vehicle/fleet management.

The Day-to-Day: 

  • Liaise with vendor/supplier management for contracted work such as landscaping, golf carts, elevators, etc. to ensure compliance with safety policies, quality, performance and efficiency.
  • Utilize company procurement system (SAP Ariba) to create purchase requisitions for contract work, vendors, utilities, etc.
  • Source and review existing vendor contracts for work performed on site.
  • Administer regulatory accounts such as pressure vessel, grease trap and backflow preventer inspections and vehicle registration.
  • Fulfill requests originated from our work order and asset management system pertaining to contracted work.

 This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements): 

  • 3 years of experience in facilities contract administration within the semiconductor, cleanroom, high-tech manufacturing experience, or in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in the creation of and adherence to budgets.
  • High degree of organization and attention to detail while working independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience working to create requisitions using purchase order systems.
  • Ability to lift/carry 20lbs, work outside and climb stairs
  • Must possess a valid US drivers license

This position requires the lawful ability to access technical data, information, and areas controlled by United States export control laws and regulations
