As the Director of Enterprise & Consumer Software, you will be instrumental in leading our Jabra brand's software initiatives, bridging our hardware expertise with the demands of a rapidly evolving digital market.

Reporting to the VP of Software Solutions, you will be responsible for formulating and executing strategies that propel GN's offerings to new heights of innovation and market relevance. You will ensure we keep our delivery commitments with high quality and efficiency, while continuously improving our skills and ways of working with customer centricity and agile software development.

The Team You Will be Part of

The Enterprise & Consumer Software department consists of 50 team members in Denmark and Poland that develops web, mobile, PC applications and APIs on top of a cloud IoT and data platform. Moreover, you will be a part of the Software Solutions leadership team, where you will play a significant part of shaping the future of developing and leading Software across GN.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Craft and convey a compelling department vision that drives software innovation while honoring GN's leadership in professional headsets.

• Foster an environment that values creativity and cross-disciplinary collaboration.

• Assemble and nurture diverse and talented software teams that delivers high-caliber software solutions for enterprise and consumer markets.

• Champion a culture of customer centricity, innovation, continuous improvement and excellence within the software development teams.

• Uphold our commitment to timely and high-quality software delivery, mirroring our ambitious product roadmaps.

• Work closely with product management and business units to ensure software solutions meet market needs and enhance user experience.

• Stay ahead of market trends and technological advancements to ensure GN remains at the forefront of the industry.

• Optimize team efficiency by enhancing our DevOps practices, cloud-native approach, and continuous integration and delivery.

• Ensure software solutions are designed and developed according to architectural guidelines, quality standards, and security best practices.

• Serve as the main point of contact and escalation for the Jabra brand's software solutions, ensuring effective communication, seamless integration, and collaboration across the enterprise.

• Collaborate with the VP of Software Solutions and other division heads to align software development with GN's overall strategic goals. Drive strong tactical planning and execution to meet this.
