Du bist der zentrale Ansprechpartner für Verwaltungsaufgaben und unterstützt Kollegen mit deinen Fähigkeiten bei der reibungslosen Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts, betreust Budget-, Ausgaben- und Bestellprozesse und bist für den Telefon- bzw. E-Mail-Verkehr zuständig.

Dein Beitrag

• Verantwortung aller Master Shopper Aktivitäten für CS&L DACH

• Erstellung von Shopping Baskets inklusive der dazugehörigen Rechnungsprüfung und -bearbeitung

• Planung und Kontrolle der Kosten für externe Auftragnehmer

• Unterstützung des DACH CS&L LT in allen administrativen Tätigkeiten

Was du mitbringst

Den Wunsch, unser Unternehmen in die Zukunft zu führen und deine Karriere durch Erfahrung und Wissen in folgenden Bereichen voranzubringen:

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung

• Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung

• MS Office und SAP Kenntnisse

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
