Senior Manager, Supply Chain
Purpose:
Responsible for developing, building, overseeing and management of the global supply chain strategy and operations to maximize efficiency and productivity and optimize working capital invested in inventory. The position leads the supply chain relationships with vendors, distributors, internal Rocketbook and BIC stakeholders.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for Demand & Supply planning, customer service and logistics for the Rocketbook business
Design implement and manage the S&OP process to optimize inventory, cash flow, on time delivery and meeting demand and ensure alignment between Sales, Operations, Finance
Monitoring and maintaining product quality and ensuring specs are in place adhered to and maintained
Ownership of operational P&L within the budget
Developing recommending and implementing both supply chain improvement plans and product cost and margin improvement plans, managing, and measuring progress and achieving planned improvement results
Design develop and build the business information systems that are required for world class operations management including sell through and sell in demand information, inventory across the supply chain
Track anlalyze and support relevant KPI’s and performance indicators impacting supply chain
Manage down unperforming inventory scenarios including resolving obsolete inventory issues quickly and recommending sku rationalization opportunities and planning optimizations for ABCD dynamics
Determine the best planning systems solutions for Rocetbook’s business and take full advantage of the tools to achieve supply chain goals and objectives while developing our people
Rapidly develop solutions to issues that arise from day to day apply data, strong analytical skills, and cross functional collaboration to achieve rapid decision making
Create a culture of high engagement, empowerment and collaboration within operations and with cross functional teams
Develop the skills and capabilities of the operations team and individual members to develop a world class operations capability
Member of the Leadership Team reporting to the General Manager Rocketbook, responsible for participating in planning budgeting, organizing resources, prioritizing efforts and resolving issues and participating in special projects
Participate and draw upon the BIC supply chain capabilities and resources for the benefit of Rocketbook and as a contributor to BIC global supply chain expertise

Qualifications:
10+ years’ experience in E2E supply chain/Operations with oversight of demand planning, production and inventory control, purchasing, manufacturing, and fulfillment delivery
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or equivalent. Master’s Degree MBA or other related advanced degrees preferred.
Excellent analytical skills. Modelling and Optimization skills required
Advanced use of modelling and data tools including Microsoft Excel is required. Functional knowledge of Word and PowerPoint required. Experience with database query and reporting tools required.
Expertise with one or more of the leading supply chain software systems and demonstrated results from tailoring to the specific dynamics of businesses including Anaplan and Quickbooks Enterprise
