We are seeking a dedicated working student (f/m/d) to join our team in the field of software development.

We develop networks that provide smarter lighting and heating for our cities, and we have extensive knowledge in automation and digitalization in the process and manufacturing industry. For this and many other future projects, we need bright minds who actively contribute their skills and creativity.

What part will you play?

  • Your main focus will involve the development and implementation of a simulation framework that integrates various subcomponents, including signal processing and circuit model units.

  • You will support us in automating our Software-in-the-loop (SiL) and Hardware-in-the-loop (HiL) test systems.

  • You will engage in state-of-the-art software engineering practices, utilizing object-oriented programming and test-driven development.

  • The role will be highly hands-on, and you will be expected to produce clean and well-documented code.

Use your skills to move the world forward.

  • You are an enrolled student in a relevant Master’s degree program, e.g. Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or comparable.

  • You have proficient programming skills in Python, object-oriented programming, and ideally in test-driven development.

  • Ideally, you already have hands-on experience with C++ or C.

  • Ideally, you have already collected first experiences in signal processing, e.g., frequency-domain representation is not a stranger for you.

  • You are reliable and have the ability to work initiatively.

  • You can communicate fluently in English and/ or in German.
