Rubrik Manager Procurement Operations in Bangalore, India

You are self-motivated and a problem-solver that thrives on leading others and improving the status quo to drive meaningful change in our organization. As a fast-growing pre-IPO unicorn, we are constantly evolving as an organization and as a company so we’re looking for someone who wants to build with us and ready to roll up the sleeves and wear multiple hats. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Procurement Operations.

You will accomplish this by being a leader on the team focused on Procure-to-Pay Procurement compliance and team development within operations including (but not limited to): (i) leading compliance and sample reporting for all internal and external audits, (ii) supplier set-up and maintenance including supplier onboarding, risk assessment and diversity (iii) vendor rationalization, categorization, and management. You’ll be responsible for growing our team partnership internally and across business units in Accounting, Finance, IT (among others) in the Rubrik Bangalore office.

What You’ll do:

● Influence and improve procurement and sourcing processes and procedures ensuring compliance to controls.

● Lead team to build internal business partner relationships.

● Proactively anticipate areas of opportunity and identify process gaps to provide thoughtful well- crafted solutions and implement them.

● Support IPO readiness requirements as they arise as it relates to supplier risk and diversity, fraud prevention, spend controls.

● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including IT, accounts payable, finance and legal to provide a seamless procurement experience for Rubrikans.

● Manage and rationalize the supplier base, ensuring suppliers are captured in the system correctly and aligning on compliance regulations.

What skills do I need?:

● Bachelor’s and master’s degree from an accredited university in business, finance or supply chain management and 5+ years indirect procurement experience.

● Mastery of procurement tools (Coupa experience is a plus), techniques and processes.

● History of managing and developing an internal Procurement team.

● Strong leadership, internal and external relationship building and communication skills.

● Excellent partnering, communication, and project management skills in leading sourcing initiatives.

● Comfortable working with large and sometimes ambiguous data sets from various procurement applications such as Coupa, Netsuite, Zip.

● Deep knowledge of a range of spend categories and ability to quickly master new areas.

● Transparent in dealings and a reputation for honesty and integrity.

● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
