Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining operations
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and efficiency
• Inspect finished products for accuracy and conformance to specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work area - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a CNC Machinist or in a similar role
• Proficient in the use of power tools, hand tools, and measuring instruments
• Strong knowledge of CAD software and blueprint reading
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles
• Ability to operate a lathe or mill is a plus
• Excellent mathematical skills for performing basic calculations
